Fred Kyalo, CEO

Fred Kyalo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Africa Champions Awards International. A visionary leader and passionate advocate for African excellence, he has dedicated his career to recognizing and celebrating individuals, organizations, and institutions driving transformative change across the continent. Through his leadership, the Awards have grown into a respected pan-African platform that promotes innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development while inspiring the next generation of African champions.

Pauline Sheghu – Director, Corporate & Logistics

Pauline Sheghu serves as the Director of Corporate & Logistics at Africa Champions Awards International, overseeing strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. With extensive experience in corporate relations, event coordination, and organizational management, she ensures the seamless planning and execution of the Awards. Her commitment to professionalism and collaboration has been instrumental in strengthening the organization’s partnerships and delivering world-class experiences.

Tonny Mwendwa – Director, IT & Communications

Tonny Mwendwa is the Director of IT & Communications at Africa Champions Awards International, leading the organization’s digital transformation, technology infrastructure, branding, and communications strategy. He oversees the development of the organization’s digital platforms, online presence, and multimedia communications, ensuring the Africa Champions Awards remains visible, innovative, and connected with audiences across Africa and beyond. His expertise in web technologies, digital marketing, and strategic communications supports the organization’s mission of celebrating African excellence on a global stage.
